KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TIDAK TETAP MADRASAH ALIYAH DARUL AZHAR KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to evaluate the professional competency of non-permanent teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar, Tanah Bumbu Regency. To identify constraints concerning the professional competence of Non-Permanent Employee Teachers, to find solutions to overcome obstacles concerning the professional competence of Inaccurate Employee Teachers, and to find solutions to overcome obstacles concerning the professional competence of Inappropriate Employee Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar, Tanah Bumbu Regency.

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The study population was 30 people, namely all elements of the Non-Permanent Employee Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar, Tanah Bumbu Regency. With the technique of collecting data, observation, interviews, and documentation.

The results showed that: The professional competence possessed by the Non-Permanent Employee Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar, Tanah Bumbu Regency is very good, but there are indicators of each aspect of mastery that are still not good, namely the use of information technology and classroom action research.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengevaluasi kompotensi profesional Guru Tidak Tetap pada Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang menyangkut kopetensi profesional Guru Pegawai Tidak Tetap, untuk mencarikan solusi mengatasi kendala yang menyangkut kompetensi profesional Guru Pegawai Tidak Tepat, serta Untuk mencarikan solusi mengatasi kendala yang menyangkut kompetensi profesional Guru Pegawai Tidak Tepat pada Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 30 orang yaitu seluruh unsur Guru Pegawai Tidak Tetap pada Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu . Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki oleh Guru Pegawai Tidak Tetap pada Madrasah Aliyah Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu bernilai sangat baik, namun ada indikator dari masing masing aspek penguasaan yang masih kurang baik yakni pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan penelitian tindakan kelas.
